You’re 100% right about the Trump thing. He’s going to be President again and when he is there’s absolutely going to be a crazy war or something even worse and he’ll sucker all the Conservatives into going along with it.
On the topic of the debt forgiveness, in the Old Testament in the Bible the Israelites were instructed by God to have a Jubilee year every 50 years.
On the Jubilee year all debts were forgiven, slaves went free and all land reverted back to its original owners.
So if you loaned money or sold land you did so with the consideration that you had X number of years left until the land reverted back or the debts were forgiven.
Needless to say they did not keep that Jubilee year.
