POX and EDW have totally different ways of dealing with conflict.
POX resort to violence and destruction until there is nothing left to destroy and no solution is reached.
EDW talk about the problem, but mostly their feelings about the problem, until every has been put to sleep, forgotten the problem, and no solution is reached.
The only common ground between the two is that no solution is reached.

Look at the difference between POX countries and EDW countries.
POX countries are filled with starving people who are dying because of not having enough healthy food to eat.
EDW countries are filled with fat people who are dying because of not eating enough healthy food.
