Researchers have fixed a number of papers after mistakenly reporting that people who hold conservative political beliefs are more likely to exhibit traits associated with psychoticism, such as authoritarianism and tough-mindedness.

As one of the notices specifies, now it appears that liberal political beliefs are linked with psychoticism. That paper also swapped ideologies when reporting on people higher in neuroticism and social desirability (falsely claiming that you have socially desirable qualities); the original paper said those traits are linked with liberal beliefs, but they are more common among people with conservative values.

We’re not clear how much the corrections should inform our thinking about politics and personality traits, however, because it’s not clear from the paper how strongly those two are linked. The authors claim that the strength of the links are not important, as they do not affect the main conclusions of the papers — although some personality traits appear to correlate with political beliefs, one doesn’t cause the other, nor vice versa.

In total, three papers have been corrected by authors, and a correction has been submitted on one more.

The ongoing campus rape hysteria in the USA is the subject of an excellent article over at Stacey McCain’s blog. Of particular interest is the video of Laci Green who is a self styled “public sex educator, and feminist activist”. Public sex educator is SJW-speak for “deviant interfering busybody”. Green has called for all accusations of rape, even if they are published on platforms such as Reddit or Youtube, to be treated with the utmost seriousness. “I believe you,” she says, which is hilarious as Youtube has now been flooded with individual claims that Laci Green raped them. And according to her own statement, those accusations must be believed.

The claim that 1 in 5 college women have been raped already on college campuses is one of those outrageously false claims that travels the world in the blink of an eye and becomes a convenient truth for those inclined to manipulate it to their own ends. One of the more famous recent examples of this is the erroneous claim that 97% of climate scientists agree with anthropogenic climate change. But in order to examine the idea that so many women could be raped on college campuses, one must only examine a real historical situation of mass rape and the effect that it had on the women involved in order to debunk such blatant and wicked nonsense.

A shock claim that “one in five women on college campuses have been sexually assaulted” has been parroted by politicians — including President Obama — who are hoping to score points defending women in a supposed war against them.

But in reality, this claim is misleading at best.

It has been debunked multiple times, but apparently the paranoia it causes is just too good to let facts get in the way, so I am going to debunk it again.

The statistic comes from a 2007 Campus Sexual Assault study conducted by the National Institute of Justice, a division of the Justice Department. The researchers made clear that the study consisted of students from just two universities, but some politicians ignored that for their talking point, choosing instead to apply the small sample across all U.S. college campuses.

The CSA study was actually an online survey that took 15 minutes to complete, and the 5,446 undergraduate women who participated were provided a $10 Amazon gift card. Men participated too, but their answers weren’t included in the one-in-five statistic.

If 5,446 sounds like a high number, it’s not — the researchers acknowledged that it was actually a low response rate.

Post-Nice, post-Dallas, and post-…well, pretty much every mass killing that’s happened in the last five years, I’ve been hearing a lot of comments from shitlibs bemoaning the “exhaustion” they feel over all these events, and how it’s more important that ever to keep hope alive and tell people to love each other.

This is the classic shitlib retreat to sentimentality, coupled with a gnawing sense that surrender is about to subsume them, that happens when near-daily doses of reality put the lie, bluntly and relentlessly, to their equalism religion. Liberals retreat to sentimentality when inconvenient facts are freely aired, and surge forward with snark when facts are suppressed. As a Twatter reader observes:

Why are shitlibs exhausted? Because they’re losing their religion. Crazy white girl syndrome happens when a young white girl grows up seeing certain ideals around her in media and through her friends. She does not act on them directly, as they contradict her self-interest, but she internalizes them, and there the error is made.

Parents who allow their children to trawl through television, music and internet without supervision are the root of this problem. Most of them are going to Homer Simpson style just pop another beer and comment on how hilarious it is, but decades later will be hungrily searching for someone else to blame for the ensuing dysfunction.

When the white girl matures slightly more, she tries to do the right thing, but now she is “sophisticated” or at least adult. She seeks out ideals which resemble those she saw in media or learned from her social group. Specifically, she seeks men who resemble the ideals she has internalized.

For most women, this means they are looking for men in a narrow range of careers, with a narrow range of qualifications, but worst and most destructively of all, they are searching for men with a certain amount of social influence and hipness. This excludes the stolid and realistic types entirely and sends them chasing after bad boys.

Pupils at the Herder school in Kassel, Germany have been subjected to months of sexual assault by “much older” migrant males on their way to and from school, dating back as far as September 2015. The three girls aged between 16 and 18 were repeatedly touched inappropriately and verbally abused, but they refused to report the incidents to the police or their school because the perpetrators were “refugees”.

German newspaper the Hessian Niedersächsische Allgemeine reports the girls realised the “social-political” implications of their reporting their crimes, with the significant amount of press attention swirling around migrant sex assault, leading to them becoming what the paper identified as “paralysed by political correctness”.

One of the girls, identified by the pseudonym ‘Anna’, said of their decision to suppress the sex attacks: “We do not want refugees to be discriminated against. We do not want people making sweeping accusations [about migrants], [and we didn’t want to] foment bad blood”. The school says “many others may have experienced this harassment as well”.

One 22-year-old Texan stated she wasn’t attracted to any of the older men she started boning for pay, but it’s a job, and not everyone likes their job, right? After all, as she says, “What right does anyone have to judge you for anything you do with your body?”

I will judge a woman for anything and everything she does to her body, including the kinds of food she puts into it, the amount of alcohol she consumes, the amount of exercise, the shape and genetics, the looseness of the sexual organs, and the mental damage done by a promiscuous past that she innately knows is wrong, or she wouldn’t hide it.

A police force revealed today it has become Britain’s first to recognise misogyny as a hate crime.

Nottinghamshire Police is recording incidents such as street harassment, verbal abuse, unwanted physical approaches and taking photographs without consent within the hate crime definition.

It also includes using mobile phones to send unwanted messages, unwanted sexual advances and ‘unwanted or uninvited physical or verbal contact or engagement’, possibly including wolf whistling.

The common definition of a hate crime agreed by the Association of Chief Police Officers and the Crown Prosecution service is: ‘Any criminal offence which is perceived by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by hostility or prejudice based on a person’s race or perceived race; religion or perceived religion; sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation; disability or perceived disability and any crime motivated by hostility or prejudice against a person who is transgender or perceived to be transgender.’

Back while I was in the dating market, I noticed that most girls were useless. Men should not expect women to have the same marketable skills that men have. Women are supposed to be complementary. In the past, this meant that girls would have the skills necessary to be homemakers. But most modern women are not able to boil water, much less cook a meal. They are often slobs. They often do not want children and those who do want children think motherhood consists of laying by the pool while sipping Kahlua mudslides.

Most modern women don’t have the skills that would allow them to earn a lot of money. They might have a degree, but it is in something useless like avant-garde poetry, or gender studies. On the other hand, the few women who do have marketable skills have jettisoned anything that made them feminine: charm, the capacity to nurture, and the ability to be receptive. In other words, most modern women, like very small children, have no skills. The only thing they bring to a relationship is their vagina. Unlike children though, they have no excuse.
