That place is victimhood. Being a victim is a source of power. By invoking victim status the incompetent can gain power and resources she would never be able to access based on her inherent abilities.

To eliminate the State we must eliminate fear. To eliminate fear we must eliminate victims. To eliminate victims we must allow natural selection to take effect.
