Anarchy Moment #0009 – How to waste your money: give it to a college or a charity.

The impending college diploma bubble is coming and it’s going to look much like the housing bubble.  Just as most homes to not increase in value and thus are not investments likewise most college educations do not increase in value and thus are not investments.  Business management degrees are the new journalism degrees.  It’s what you major in if you aren’t smart.

“Would you like fries with that?”

Charities do not exist to solve problems.  Charities exist to perpetuate problems.  The problems are how the charities make money.  If the problem goes away the people working for the charity have to find real jobs.
