A Maricopa County detention officer tried to explain Friday why he and a fellow sheriff’s office employee swiped a document from a defense attorney’s file in a bizarre scene that was caught on courtroom videotape. I put that in quotes because 1) no work gets done around here as we are the government, 2) nobody here has the balls to give an order and 3) the only system that could be found is a system of constantly fucking up.
