First some tangenting.
Then I talk about Trump and his executive orders.
Then tangenting.
Then I talk about Trump and the possible effect of his four years off from the Presidency.
Then tangenting.
Then I start talking about the actual topic.
Pretty sure some more tangenting takes place.
Finally I decide to focus. Mostly. Once I’m focused what do we discover? We discover that a police officer discovering consequences sounds and looks exactly like a woman discovering consequences. Both of them live in a fantasy world where they can do no wrong and everyone else is to blame.
When I asked about my 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial, I was advised by Federal Court Judge Randolph D. Moss that the Sixth Amendment had been suspended due to Covid-19 and the large number of arrest made from the January 6th incident. The Sixth Amendment also gives me the right to a Fair Trial, does this mean I didn’t have the right to a fair trail either? I’m not sure how a Federal Court Judge can legally suspend one of the Bill of Rights.
How can a federal judge suspend the Bills of Rights? I’m baffled. But don’t worry. As soon as the gubernment goes too far teh cuckservatards are gonnua get ‘der gunnz.
5: Mandatory mental health evaluation, even though I have no mental health history. I passed this test.
He thinks he has “no mental health history.”
After my sentencing, my home was again searched by a Federal Probation Agent who searched backpacks, closed closets, closed drawers, including my girlfriends underwear drawers even though they had a court order advising that Probation Agents could only take illegal items that are “In Plain Sight”.
Your house was search by someone who violated a court order. How many court orders did you violate while you were a police officer? A police officer who was covering up corruption in the police department?
Another person then, using another fake name and number called asking if they could bring a firearm to my business for an appraisal. I recognized this person’s voice as my probation officer even though he was giving me another name. I told the person that I could not look at the gun and advised him that my business was closed. I also lied and told this person that I was out of state at the time so they would leave me alone. I’m on travel restrictions and can’t go out of state so my probation officer almost immediately called and asked my location and when I told him I was home, a person stating he had just spoken to to me about the gun appraisal arrived at my home even though I had refused to look at the gun and had told him I was out of state. This person had a different voice, was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer even when I told him several more times that I couldn’t look at his firearm. This person then opened his vehicle trunk stating he was going show the gun to me anyway. At this time I drove away on my off road buggy leaving him at my home. When I later returned home this person was gone.
This is what the federal government has time and money for.
Also the Federal Agents who confiscated my phones and computers advised me they would contact P.O.S.T. for me because of all my communication restrictions.
The feds said they “we’ve got your back” and he believed them. No history of mental illness my ass.
Things I mention in the cast:
Kristi Noem is now Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. She’s literally Hitler the boss of that guy here in South Dakota who goes on the internet pretending to be underage and looking for sex with old men.
And she still isn’t physically attractive.
Kristi Noem is the 8th Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
Prior to serving in President Trump’s cabinet, Secretary Noem proudly served as South Dakota’s 33rd Governor and the state’s first ever female governor. She was re-elected in 2022 with the largest vote total in the history of South Dakota.
Before serving as Governor, she served as South Dakota’s sole member of the U.S. House of Representatives and in the South Dakota legislature for years.
A South Dakota native, Secretary Noem is a rancher, farmer, small business owner, and proud mother and grandmother.
Why have I been paying for this? Shut it down now and forever.
Engage Men’s Health, a nonprofit organization in South Africa, offers testing and medications to prevent and manage HIV at three clinics throughout the country — all for free.
That is, they did until Monday. That’s when the clinic, which has been funded by the U.S. initiative PEPFAR, says it received orders from the U.S. government to stop all work immediately. It is now closed until further notice, according to notices on its website and social media.
This development is the consequence of the Trump administration action on Friday ordering a stop-work for all global health funding, including PEPFAR — the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.
That action had an immediate impact.
Clinics have “stopped distributing medications and PEPFAR central information systems were shut down,” Atul Gawande, assistant administrator for global health at USAID under the Biden administration, told NPR in an email.
At least 220,000 patients around the world visit the network of PEPFAR-supported clinics daily, according to a fact sheet from amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research, a premiere advocacy organization for people with HIV and AIDS.
Some 20 million people around the world rely on these programs for medications.

What percent of federal judges are Jews.
It can be difficult to acquire up-to-date information on the religious affiliations of federal judges, as they may not openly disclose which faith—if any—they adhere to.
However, a 2017 study by scholars Sepehr Shahshahani and Lawrence J. Liu found that among federal appellate judges, 45.1 percent were Protestant, 28.2 percent were Catholic, 19 percent were Jewish, and 5.1 percent were Mormon.
Strikingly, Hindu judges comprised just 0.5 percent of federal appellate judges, and the study’s authors were unable to identify any Buddhist, Muslim, or atheist federal appellate judges.
In 2016, then-President Obama nominated Abid Riaz Qureshi to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Quareshi would have been the first Muslim American federal judge, but the Senate failed to confirm his appointment.

What is more interesting is that neither of the words “Jew” or “Jewish” appear any place on this page. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to know.
There were 1,457 sitting federal judges in the United States as of Aug. 1, 2024, and they were overwhelmingly male (67%) and white (74%). But the diversity of the federal bench is changing – especially in recent years, according to the Federal Judicial Center.
From Jan. 1, 2021, to Aug. 1, 2024, the Senate confirmed 200 new federal judges nominated by President Joe Biden. Only 28 (14% of new federal judges) were white men. The remaining 172 (86%) were female, Black, Hispanic, Asian American, Native American or lawyers of mixed race or ethnicity.

Average cost of a DUI. We all know this is just a scam and has nothing to do with public safety.
As a general estimation of expenses you may incur after an initial DUI offense, expect the costs outlined below. However, it’s imperative to note that the figures quoted in this article are simply estimations based on many reports. The actual costs incurred following a DUI could vary, depending on many situational factors.
Bail bonds fees could vary from $100 to $2,500. After a drunk driving arrest, expect to be jailed initially.
Impound fees and car towing fees can vary significantly; as a rough estimation, expect $100-$1,200.
Attorney fees can also vary significantly. Typically, first-time offenders should expect attorney fees to run in the neighborhood of $1,500-$5,000, even if the defendant opts to use a public defender. Expect these figures to double for subsequent offenses.
Also, there are fines assessed on the individual. These can vary significantly, too. A first-time DUI offender can expect to pay between $150-$1,800.
Besides the fines assessed by the court, you’ll incur other charges, including fees for probation ($200-$1,200), fees for spending time in jail ($10-$300), and fees for sentencing ($100-$250).
DUI offenders who have to take random drugs or urine testing as a condition of probation or bail are charged for these services. These fees vary significantly and are often over $100.
Sometimes, when a DUI offender must perform community service, he or she must pay a fee associated with community service supervision. This fee is typically under $100 but could be much higher.
Some states also impose driver responsibility fees, which are separate fees paid to the state when a person is convicted of a DUI offense. These fees range between $1,000 and $2,500 depending on the state the offense was committed in. These fees are in addition to hefty fines and court costs.
Almost everyone convicted of a drunk driving offense will most probably be required to attend some form of alcohol treatment or education classes on alcohol abuse. The fees associated with alcohol evaluation and treatment vary greatly, and substance abuse education classes are fairly expensive. You could incur at least $1,000-$3,000 for alcohol treatment and/or education classes. This cost could be significantly higher, depending on the program you choose.
Nowadays, most states require even first-time DUI offenders to have their cars fitted with a blood alcohol ignition interlock device (BAIID). The cost of installing an ignition interlock device in your car is quite high and typically ranges between $500 and $1,500.
License reinstatement fees range between $20 and $200.
Many DUI offenders will need to find alternate methods of transportation during this process. Thus, after a DUI charge you may end up using rideshare service, taxicabs, buses, or paying others for their gas. Typically, this expense varies greatly, but you should expect to incur anywhere between $100 and $1,000.
Insurance companies consider DUI offenders to be high-risk drivers. Thus, auto insurance rates will skyrocket once you’re convicted of a DUI offense. Expect insurance company fees to range between $1,000 and $10,000, depending on your case, and the insurance company.
From the above information, expect a first-time DUI offense to cost anywhere between $10,000 and $25,000 or more. It’s essential to note that these rough estimates don’t include potential financial losses resulting from time away from work or lost productivity. These estimates exclude complications, such as additional expenses that you may incur because of property damage, a motor vehicle accident, or a personal injury to someone because of an alcohol-related accident. Thus, the sky is the limit concerning the potential financial burden after a DUI charge.
Charges used to determine the cost of a DUI include:
Blood Alcohol Test $500 – $1,000
Jail Fee $10 – $50
Court Fines $150 – $1,800
Insurance Increase $4,500 – $10,000
Court Mandated Counseling Fees $1,000 – $2,500
Attorney Fees $2,500 – $5,000
Loss of Income $1,000 – $4,000
Towing and Impound $100 – $1,200
Cost of Bail $150 – $2,500
Probation Supervisor $600 – $1,200
License Reinstatement $21 – $100
Ignition Interlock Devices $500 – $1,500Total Cost $11,031 – $30,850
There are several other factors not included in the figures above that can raise the cost of a DUI. These include whether there was an accident or any injuries as a result of one’s reckless driving, the blood alcohol content level of the driver, and the state in which the DUI takes place.

I’ll go ahead and drop my .02 here based on my own experience.
I got a DUI in December of 2012. Was rear-ended a block away from home, BAC was .09. Lousy situation, but was over the limit and that’s all there is to it.
Bond: $150
Alcohol monitoring fees: $600
Lawyer’s Fees: $1200
Restitution: $800 (To the guy who rear-ended ME at a stoplight, that was fun)
Probation/Court Costs: $2800So, as far as straight out of pocket costs, I ended up paying ~$5550.
I’m in the extreme minority as I actually ended up paying LESS for my insurance after the accident. With that said, there are so, so many intangibles in this equation. The loss of freedom and driving privileges, combined with the constant stress of monitoring and probation, were infinitely worse than the financial costs.
Lesson learned. The only saving grace here is the fact that I’ve been a bit of a cautionary tale for my friends, and they’ve been much more aware of their own BAC before driving.
