In September 2022, a group of students from Sydney’s Knox Grammar were exposed for sharing sexist, racist, pedophilic and anti-semitic content via a group chat on Discord, much of which was “too graphic” for the Daily Telegraph, which broke the story, to print.
The following month, students from Melbourne all-boys Catholic school, St Bernard’s College, were accused of performing the Hitler salute in class, etching swastikas into whiteboards, making a young female teacher feel concerned about her personal safety and simulating anal sex while on a tram.
A 2021 study from Monash University found female teachers in elite private boys’ schools were particularly vulnerable to sexual harassment because of the “status and unique constructs” of these kind of settings.
How can high school boys who are under the age of 18 be paedophiles? Keep in mind that the word paedophile doesn’t mean what most people think it means. Paedophile refers to being sexually attracted to children. Sixteen year old girls are not children. There is a different work for being sexually attracted to teenagers.
Ephebophilia
Ephebophilia is when an older adult is sexually attracted to post-pubescent teenagers or adolescents but still biologically adults—usually those in the age range 15–19. Adults with this attraction are called ephebophiles. Ephebophilia is not just the sexual attraction to teenage partners but is when an adult prefers such sexual partners.
This one you can blame on rightards. They are obsessed with making sure 21 year old boys don’t fuck 17 year old girls. However rightards are not concerned about their own children enough to keep them out of public school.
Fifteen year old girls are not children.
