Anarchy Moment 0409 – Movie Review: Zardoz. A Movie For Real Men.

I just listened to you reviewing a capeshit children movie. I want you to review a movie for real men now: Zardoz (1974), for the occasion of its 50th anniversary.

And thus TGO must watch and review Zardoz.

Should you watch this movie? Yes. There are three main reasons:

1. The entire cast is white.

2. The scantily clad women are all white, thin, free of tattoos, and have perfect tits.

3. The reflections of 2024 in this movie from 50 years ago are both terrifying and more terrifying.

Avalow played by Sally Anne Newton is cute. However the highlight (by that I mean hot chyck) of the movie is Conseulla played by Charlotte Rampling. Would bang. She did not age well. The Wall is real.

Smoking hot. The girl, not the gun.

Overall I give this movie 7.5 out of 10 for the three points listed above. This is a variation of Brave New World. The enlightened/noble savage enters the dystopian utopia. Too bad the only savages entering our dystopian society are parasitical savages.

Here are my notes from watching. Spoilers. Duh.

Floating head intro.

Year 2293.

Another floating head? Giving head?

“The gun is good.”

“The penis is bad.” Had to rewind to confirm. “Shoots seeds” and makes new life.

Kill the brutals who multiply. The gun shoots death and purifies the Earth.

A god that vomits guns and ammo.

How did Zed get into the God head?

Naked people in plastic wrap are actually naked.

Cocaine? Drug factory? Marijuana plants? Meth lab?

Riffle bullets in his bandolier. He has a pistol. God didn’t explain which ammo goes with which gun.

Naked woman on horse. White, thin, no tattoos, topless. How all women should be.

Killing brutals on the beach.

All the chycks are white, thin, with perfect tits. Can I live here?

The debate to kill Zed or keep him. All the chycks want to bang him.

The fop likes him as well. Fop’s name is Friend.

“Innocent of psychic violence.” They have hate crimes here.

“Will he get punished for that?”
“Yes.”
“But you have no police. No exterminators.”
“Oh but we discuss it endlessly.”

Place full of boomers – the renegades. An eternity of senility. Eternals provide them with food.

All the eternals get off easy. They die.

Zed & Consuella have a son and die together holding hands.
