Hmm since you like Girls und Panzer you may enjoy High School Fleet/Haifuri but I don’t think the TV version of the show ever properly released on DVD/Blu-Ray in the US, so your best bet is gonna be to torrent it from nyaa.si
And another show with similar vibes and tones to Panzer is Sound of the Sky/Sora no woto. It does have a Blu Ray release in English from what I can see, or again you can just torrent it from the site I mentioned above.
