If you have so shoot someone – such as a person who has entered your home and is attempting to do you harm – the State is going to attempt to destroy you for defending yourself.

A government is the entity which holds the monopoly on the use of force in a given geographic region.

When you use force to defend yourself you have trampled upon the State’s monopoly. The State isn’t going to give you a medal for this. The State is going to attempt to put you into a cage.

Be ready to defend yourself if you have to use lethal force to defend yourself.
