In a statist society inferior people should not be allowed to reproduce. There is nothing remotely controversial here. The only part of this that reises questions is the phrase “ stupid, irresponsible woman” which would seem to imply there are women who are not stupid and irresponsible. We know that’s not true because yes, all women are like that.
