Great One I don’t know what kind of arrangement you have with your mother but personally I would sell the house from Texas, use the money to buy a luxurious studio apartment about half an hour outside of Fort Collins because it’s probably cheaper that way and keep the extra $50k-$60k from selling the house in cash and/or precious metals because having “fuck you money” during the next financial crisis would be so much fun.
