Trump supporters and other Internet users who aren’t big fans of Hillary, however, would beg to differ.

The group has been accused of taking over several Subreddits like r/politics, Reddit’s largest politics subreddit and others like r/EnoughTrumpspam. In a press release in April, the group claimed to have “addressed more than 5,000 people that have personally attacked Hillary Clinton on Twitter.” The group’s budget was later increased to $6 million and with it, their activities. While some Hillary Clinton fans may view the group as a harmless awareness raising organization, Trump supporters, especially those on anonymous image boards like 4chan, saw it as a propaganda machine designed for subverting conversations and creating confusion.
