Welcome to the second Meditations and Motivations.

And yes, you are correct.  There was no podcast on Monday this week.  I was cleaning and maintaining my bikes. And recording this. And recording other MaMs. And eating ice cream. And not giving a fuck about getting a podcast out on Monday.

I’ve talked about similar concepts for years.

• You can only care about so much.
• You have to pick your battles.
• You can’t give a fuck about everything.

Mark Manson sums it all up pretty solid. I can quibble with a few sentences here and there. Yet his understanding of limited fucks is crucial to life.
